Planning Consultancy.

At Chalkline we have built up a wealth of experience with regards to planning issues.

At pre application stage we can prepare sketch schemes and have discussions with planners in an attempt to save time when coming to apply for permission. Many of our projects have been within conservation areas and have required delicate negotiation with case officers. We also have experience of handling appeals where the local authority route has been exhausted. Whether you are proposing a small domestic extension or a large development we can put together a package of information to present your case.

Most of our planning work takes place in the West London Boroughs of Ealing, Hounslow, Brent, Kingston, Hammersmith and Fulham,Kensington and Chelsea and so we are familiar with how these departments work.

Many of our clients are small to medium property developers.

We have an established track record of assisting developers right from initial feasibility stage, right through to completion.

We strive to keep abreast of a constantly changing landscape regarding the maze of approvals and regulation required.

On occasion we partner with developers and are open to deal structures to give mutual benefit..
